Beta Testing
Beta Testing with Connie
Connie is built in partnership with the CBOs who use it. Our beta testing program is designed to ensure Connie reflects real workflows, real constraints, and real community needs — not theoretical use cases.
Join our community to get early access and be a part of Connie’s refinement and commercialization.
What Beta Testing Looks Like
Beta testing with Connie is a collaborative, hands-on partnership.
Partners receive:
Early access to the Connie platform
Guided onboarding, training, and dedicated partner support
Priority input into Connie’s product roadmap and feature refinement
Preferred pricing
Optional visibility as a Connie partner
Most importantly, beta partners gain tools that reduce administrative burden, improve continuity of care, and make their work more visible to funders and partners.
What we ask in return:
Commitment to using Connie as part of day-to-day operations
Testing features as they evolve
Sharing feedback through check-ins, surveys, or interviews
Reporting issues, gaps, or workflow challenges
This feedback directly informs Connie’s product development and ensures the platform works in real-world nonprofit environments.
“We value having direct access to the team behind the platform. Being able to troubleshoot issues directly with leadership and provide input on features makes us feel like true partners, not just users.”
Who is an Ideal Beta Partner?
We’re looking for organizations that:
Serve community-based populations
Manage high volumes of inbound requests through varied communication channels (calls, messages, referrals)
Are feeling the strain of fragmented systems and manual workflows
Have leadership buy-in and capacity to engage in feedback
Are interested in participating more fully in healthcare or state referral ecosystems
Beta testers don’t need to be “tech-forward,” but they do need to be open to improving how work flows across their organization.
Cost
Affordability and transparency are core values of our organization. As such, beta testing is offered at reduced, nonprofit-friendly rates. Partners are responsible for:
1. A monthly platform subscription fee
2. Pass-through communication costs (voice, SMS, fax, etc.) billed at cost, with no markup
3. Pricing details are shared after the intro call.
Timeline
Beta partnerships typically run for 12 months. At the end of the testing period:
Partners may transition to standard commercial terms
Preferred pricing is locked for a defined period following transition
Partners can continue, adjust, or exit with notice
Connie’s goal is long-term partnership, not surprise transitions.
